User and Privacy Agreement

Dear User,
We highly value user services and privacy protection. Please carefully read this User and Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") to ensure you fully understand its terms. By logging in or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement governs the rights and obligations between Shenzhen ATESS Power Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ATESS") and you regarding the "AService" software services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

When you use our Services, we may collect, process, and use certain personal information. We will clearly inform you of the purposes, methods, scope, and protective measures related to such data handling. Before using our Services, please read this Agreement carefully to ensure your understanding and consent to our privacy practices.

ATESS reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. The revised terms will replace the original ones upon publication, and we may not provide additional notice. You may review the latest version of the Agreement within the Services. If you do not accept the modified terms, please discontinue using ATESS Services immediately. Continued use will be deemed as acceptance of the updated Agreement.

1. Service Description

This application is a work order and spare parts management tool, providing users with workflow management, work order processing, inventory tracking, and may include location-based services (e.g., geolocation recording, current position retrieval).

2. User Obligations

1. Any content you transmit or publish through the Services does not represent ATESS's views, positions, or policies, and ATESS assumes no liability for such content.
2. You shall not use the "AService" account or Services to:
   • Submit or publish false information, impersonate others, or misuse others' data.
   • Mass-create fake accounts using technical means.
   • Engage in any illegal activities.
   • Develop, distribute, or operate tools/methods facilitating the above actions, whether for commercial purposes or not.
   • Violate laws, infringe others' rights, or disrupt "AService" operations.
3. You are solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, accuracy, and validity of information transmitted via "AService." Any legal consequences arising from such content shall be borne by you, and ATESS shall not be held liable.
4. The Services may include advertisements. You agree to display ads provided by ATESS or third-party partners. Unless required by law, ATESS is not liable for transactions or losses resulting from such ads.

3. Permissions

1. Location Access: Used for:
   • Work order attendance tracking.
   • Monitoring service engineers' locations.
   • CRM-related optimizations.
   You may disable this in device settings, but certain features may be affected.
2. Camera Access: Required for uploading photos/scanning in work orders/spare parts modules. We only access the camera when you actively trigger the scan function.
3. Storage Access: For caching images/videos generated during app usage. Disabling may limit service functionality.
4. Notifications: To alert you about task statuses, workflow approvals, and system updates.
5. Network Access: Necessary for login, browsing, and service usage.

4. Account & Personal Data Collection

1. When an administrator creates your account, we may collect:
   1. Required: Name, phone number, email (for verification/login).
   2. Identity: Job title, department, employee ID (for permissions/internal management).
   3. System-generated: Username, temporary password (must be changed upon first login), UID.
2. Purpose:
   1. Create and authenticate your account.
   2. Assign system permissions.
   3. Send critical notifications (e.g., password resets).
   4. Comply with legal/audit requirements.
3. Storage & Protection:
   1. Encrypted on secure servers with restricted access.
   2. Initial passwords must be changed immediately.
4. Your Rights:
   1. Access/correct data via the Services.
   2. Request account deletion (some data may be retained for compliance).
5. Third-Party Sharing:

   Personal data will not be disclosed unless:

   1. You explicitly consent.
   2. Required by law or regulatory investigations.

5. Security & Enforcement

1. ATESS may review/delete violating content and impose penalties (e.g., warnings, account/device bans) without prior notice.
2. Banned users may contact ATESS to appeal. Functionality may be restored after the penalty period.
3. You agree that ATESS may take legal action against violations and report to authorities if necessary. You shall bear all resulting liabilities.
4. You shall indemnify ATESS and affiliates against third-party claims arising from your breach of this Agreement.

6. Miscellaneous

1. Users must be of legal age (18+) or use the Services under parental supervision.
2. ATESS may modify/terminate Services with advance notice to minimize user impact.
3. This Agreement is governed by Chinese law. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; unresolved issues shall be submitted to ATESS's local jurisdiction court.
4. If any clause is deemed invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
